The city of San Francisco celebrated the centennial of its City Hall building with an event culminating with Obscura’s digital illumination experience. Using architectural projection mapping, San Francisco City Hall’s facade was transformed into a dynamic and entertaining journey through 100 years of history.

• Managed all phases content development from concept through delivery of the architectural projection onto the facade of San Francisco City Hall.

• Managed cross-functional teams including Business Affairs, Art Direction, Design and Strategy.

• Managed the Design, Content Production, and post production workflow and team including: 2D/3D animation, editorial, music and sound design to deliver 30 minutes of custom content.

• During production, served as principal client contact tracking and reporting progress of work, budgeting and negotiating of cost of work and delivering cost/schedule changes to ensure client was updated as needed.

• Managed day-to-day client-facing communications with production teams through the Executive level.

• Managed on-site optimization of all media including QC, client reviews, and project acceptance.
