Location shoot to create marketing materials for the San Francisco Travel Digital Campaign – highlighting places of interest for tourists to visit.

Produced a live-action shoot at multiple locations along the Embarcadero in San Francisco showcasing scenic highlights including the Ferry Building, the Exploratorium and the Bay Bridge.
Led and communicated the overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
Managed the location scout, permitting, casting, equipment rentals, and insurance.
Prepared production schedules and final budgets/estimates – obtained approval of costs prior to a production.
Booked and scheduled crew, talent and vendors on a per-project basis.
Negotiated competitive rates and terms with vendors.
During production, served as principal client contact, tracking and reporting on the progress of the work, budgeting and negotiating the cost of work.
Actualized budgets and reconciled them with accounting to ensure payment for vendors, crew and talent after each production wrapped.
Managed day-to-day communications with internal and external stakeholders from pre-production through to delivery.
Managed creative review cycles with the San Francisco Travel brand and marketing team through to final delivery.
